  Straps are very short for the widest widths

I brought these on sale for my very wide feet. I wear size 7.5, 6E in men's. Although the sole of the sandal was appropriately wide, the straps (all 3) should be at least 3/8 inch longer. It seems as if no adjustment of strap length was made for larger widths. I can wear them, but I had to force the straps to bend in places where they were not meant to--not a good look. I have wide feet, but they are not swollen, so I think this problem is due to poor design.
